Miami SMART Plan
FMS was tasked with creating a demonstrative animation showing the potential impact of Miami’s proposed transportation corridors. We developed a total of 3 square miles of future development on 25 square miles of generic city. This included over twenty unique buildings and three bus/train stations.
Large Scale Development
Visualize the future of your city from both a macro scale and a personal street level view. Show how things evolve and the time frames they are expected to be completed. At FMS we have visualized multi-billion dollar projects form the Port of Tampa and the Miami TPO. Our typical service includes:

Port Tampa Vision 2030
FMS helped create for Port Tampa Bay, aone hour multi-media presentation of their future vision. This included animating the construction of new projects over-time, visualizing new developments, illustrating the connection between geographical locations, and showing the imapct of population statistics.
Video Integration
Show how the new infrastructure is going to be integrated into the old by combining 3d animation with video of the location. Using drones we can get the same dynamic views you normally would only be able to do in 3d and get that extra sense of realism.
